We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Mitigation Technician (male or female) to join our team immediately.

Job Responsibilities Include:

General labor and detailed cleaning in residential properties
Assisting with water, fire, storm, and disaster cleanup projects
Working efficiently while respecting homeowners and their property

Qualifications:

Experience in general labor and/or cleaning preferred
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Strong work ethic, adaptability, and attention to detail
Presentable appearance and clear communication skills
No smoking or drug use
Clean background and valid driver’s license

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Overtime and weekends as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

$15–$18 per hour to start (based on experience and performance)
Raises possible after 60 days for strong performers
Benefits available after 90-day probation period

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
