Reports To: VP of Emergency Services Department
Job Duties:
Job Duties:
- Placing drying equipment and monitoring progress
- Job updating via the internet and multiple apps on your phone
- Removal of damaged items, such as flooring, drywall, baseboard, etc
- Obtaining IICRC certifications in Mold Remediation, Water Mitigation, and fire mitigation courtesy of Paul Davis University
Qualifications:
- Be able to work M-F 8-5 (be on call 1-2 weeks a month)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
- Be punctual and respectful of client's time
- Fluent in English; bilingual preferred
- Be able to take exceptional photos
- Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property
- Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood, mold, and fire damage)
- Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
