What You’ll Do
As a key member of our contents team, you’ll help customers recover their personal belongings and navigate stressful situations. Your responsibilities may include:
- Responding to emergency losses such as fire, water, mold, or other events
- Performing initial damage inspections and outlining the work needed
- Writing clear and detailed work orders for contents technicians
- Cleaning, processing, and handling contents and structural items
- Identifying damaged items and determining appropriate next steps
- Sorting, gathering, and packing affected contents
- Communicating proactively with managers and team leaders
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours or weekend emergencies
- Operating company vehicles, trailers, and equipment

Preferred Experience

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
