Manager of Mold Remediation
Paul Davis Restoration of Northern Virginia is an industry leader in the mitigation field and we are seeking a recognized expert to lead our Mold remediation business. This person must be known in our market for being detail oriented business professional that takes pride in being a proactive problem solver. We are a high performing and fast-paced company looking for exceptional professionals. The right candidate should have significant relationships in our market that will result in sales and a management style to ensure detail quality operations are performed. Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for Sales and Operations of Mold, Fire/Smoke cleaning, and other specialty cleaning jobs
- Provide a safe and efficient work environment for all employees.
- Represent the Paul Davis Mission, Vision and Values
- Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives
- Builds, develops, and manages Emergency Services teams capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives
- On Call Rotation – Required to provide on-call support and back-up support when assigned. This is a 24/7 on-call that covers weekends and evenings, including holidays.
Requirements Include:
- IICRC certification in AMRT or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills, take charge person with no excuses
- Financial experience with a keen understanding of profit and loss
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
