What does a Paul Davis Carpenter do?
- Key part of our reconstruction department - working with the estimators, project managers and home owners helping bring projects of all sizes to completion.
- Job site management - assisting with scheduling and oversight of sub contractors
- Hands on carpentry - all aspects from trim to cabinets, emergency boards ups to punchlists.
- Continuously learn about improving results and setting proper expectations of others

PDR IHCs work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. You will assist in managing the renovation, performing some of the work while assisting the PM control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.

Role on the Team (Job Functions):
- Completion of work orders generated by the Pms
- Site inspections - assist estimators with input on scope.
- Communicate directly with home owners
- Assit PMS with delivery of materials
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Participate in local community events.
- Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.
- Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman.
