Paul Davis is looking for an organized and experienced self-starter to join our team as a Restoration Estimator in a fast pace office environment.
Must exhibit a strong working knowledge of Xactimate, Microsoft office, Restoration job processing software, Insurance restoration claims programs, and Excel. Symbility knowledge is preferred.
The Estimator will sell and write scopes of work for residential jobs through Xactimate. He or she will service all prospective customers with the objective of meeting their residential rebuilding needs. This position will also, ensure that our homeowners needs and expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented. Develop a close working relationship with the Homeowner and Insurance Adjusters to ensure all expectations set forth in the scope of work are met in a timely and orderly fashion. We are looking for individuals who have interpersonal and communication skills and a highly professional image who can promote our services, who are hard-working and trainable, and who work well in a team-oriented setting.
Estimator Responsibilities:
· Prepare accurate job estimates for approval
· Proper file documentation.
· Work with adjusters to settle and process your estimates
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
