Reports To: Mitigation Manager

What does a  Senior Lead Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis do?  The Senior Lead Mitigation Technician is responsible for overseeing and executing water, fire, and mold mitigation projects. This role includes leading a team of technicians, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards. 

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
  • High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Take the lead on mitigation restoration projects including but not limited too: create assignments and coach other onsite technicians, manage robust customer communications including setting expectations for the job, and close-out mitigation job when complete. 
  • Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
  • Responsible for unloading and reloading assigned vehicles with equipment.
  • Keep equipment clean and organized in the shop.
  • Responsible for unloading trash in assigned areas.
  • You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
Team Qualifications (Requirements):
  • Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
  • A minimum of 2 years of restoration and mitigation experience.
  • Lead technician restoration experience highly desired.
  • Dedication to customer service.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record and insurable.
  • Ability to lift 100 LBS frequently.
  • Desire to continually learn new things.
  • Comfortable with driving a truck with trailer attached when needed for jobs.
