What You’ll Do:

Lead & Inspire

Coach, mentor, and manage a talented team of estimators, guiding them to create top-quality, profitable estimates for residential, commercial, and large loss claims.
Foster a culture of accountability and excellence, ensuring the team consistently delivers high standards and meets key performance indicators (KPIs).

Shape the Future of Estimating

Oversee the creation of estimates using cutting-edge tools like Xactimate, Symbility, or T&M Pro, ensuring profitability and quality on every project.
Work hand-in-hand with operational leaders across the company to secure and deliver on impactful projects, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Collaborate & Negotiate

Build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration across departments, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead the charge in negotiating with insurance adjusters, property managers, and owners, while coaching your team on effective negotiation strategies.

Drive Results

Set, track, and achieve quarterly and annual KPIs, ensuring your team’s projects are on time, within scope, and profitable.
Regularly review project progress and outcomes, driving continuous improvement and maintaining excellence in customer service and professionalism.

Your Impact:

You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our estimating team, ensuring they are equipped to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry. Your leadership will directly impact the success of projects, the satisfaction of clients, and the overall growth of the company.

What You Bring:

7+ years of experience leading and growing high-performing teams.
Expertise in estimating tools such as Xactimate, Symbility, and other relevant software.
A Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, accounting, statistics, or a related field.
Industry certifications (IICRC, Xact Certification) are a strong plus.
Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
