A Mitigation Technician at Paul Davis is a hands-on restoration professional who responds to homes and businesses after disasters such as floods, fires, storms, mold contamination, and other property damage events.

Primary Responsibilities

Perform emergency mitigation services, including:
- Water extraction and drying
- Fire and smoke damage cleanup
- Board-up and roof tarping services
- Mold remediation
Help prevent further property damage and begin the restoration process.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency situations, including nights and weekends.
Assist with warehouse and facility tasks as needed.
Support teammates and step into leadership roles when opportunities arise.
