Construction Bookkeeper
Full Time • Los Angeles
Position: Construction Bookkeeper
Reports To: General Manager
- Manage all phases of job costing within QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Manage the daily operations of the franchise as needed when the owner is not available
- Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records for the company
- Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology

Team Qualifications (Requirements):
- Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
- Dedication to customer service
- Organized but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
- Desire to continually learn new things
- Experience with Intuit Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks Time
