What does a  Mitigation Manager with Paul Davis do?
  • The Mitigation Project Manager will be overseeing the successful mitigation of various types of residential, commercial and large loss structures – including but not limited to contaminants, monitoring documentation, and adhering to IICRC standards.
  • Directing teams of Sub Contractors, Lead Technicians, and Technicians, the  Mitigation Project Manager ensures that work is completed in a timely and professional manner.  
  • Ensures documentation is complete and accurate and that our estimating team has what they need to write your estimates.  No late nights/weekends writing estimates!
  • Displays extraordinary customer service and communication skills with our clients while respectfully entering their businesses. 
  • Demonstrates leadership in company meetings, managing/participating in the rotating ON-CALL schedule (includes some nights/weekends) and complying with job timelines.
  • Shows initiative/willingness to complete all projects in a timely manner with sense of urgency (fully utilizing all technology, equipment, collecting the COC at completion, assisting with AR, attention to detail/notes, etc.)
  • Acts as a mentor to Lead Technicians/Technicians in training, offering guidance and support.
  • Serves others in our community in their time of need while exhibiting exuberance to learn and grow with the company and upholding/demonstrating the Paul Davis Way.

Team Compensation and Benefits:

  • Depending on experience, the annual BASE rate for a  Project Manager is $65,000-75,000/year (the successful Commercial PM should earn roughly $85,000-$110,000/year - including bonus)

Team Qualifications (Requirements):
  • Must have alignment with our Core Values of being Respectful, Resourceful, Committed and Fun
  • A valid driver’s license with a good driving record (recent 3 years)
  • Competence and experience with modern restoration technology (includes knowledge of systems, equipment, meters, DASH, RMS, MICA etc.) 
  • Experience:  at least 2 years as a mitigation project manager
  • IICRC certified (Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying, Mold, Fire Remediation)
