- Hourly pay: $18-$20/hour based on experience and certifications.
Team Qualifications (Requirements):

- Fluent in English.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently.
- Willingness to continuously learn new skills.
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
- Create Matterport videos for use by estimators and adjusters.
- Maintain a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure the truck is clean, properly stocked, and organized, and maintain all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
- Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks as required.
- Proactively assist other team members and take on a leadership role when needed.
