What does a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis do?

The Mitigation Technician will be mitigating various types of contaminants from a water or fire loss.
Remove debris and document moisture levels/notate all projects using our computer/mobile software.
Load/unload equipment to get area(s) ready for reconstruction.
Display extraordinary customer service and communication with customers, while respectfully entering their homes or businesses.
Attend morning company meetings and comply with a rotating ON-CALL schedule that includes some nights/weekends.
Show initiative to get all projects completed in a timely manner, and assisting the team.
Serve others in our community in their time of need while exhibiting a willingness to learn and grow with our company.

· Depending on experience, the hourly rate for a technician is $19-24.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Alignment with our Core Values of being Respectful, Resourceful, Committed and Fun

· A valid driver’s license with a good driving record

· Comfort and competence with modern technology

· Desire to continually learn new things and adapt to change

· Strong communication skills

· Construction mitigation experience and/or construction trade experience preferred but not required.

Compensación: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
