Job Summary: Paul Davis Restoration of the Emerald Coast is seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Project Manager to oversee and manage residential roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of roofing projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of residential roofing, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee all phases of roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Quality Control: Ensure all roofing work meets company standards, local building codes, and industry best practices.

Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability by managing resources effectively.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline and budget.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and final project documentation.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Must pass a thorough background check.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential roofing project management.
- Proven track record of managing multiple roofing projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
