What does a Data Entry Clerk with Paul Davis do?

May assist the Office Administrator in daily tasks, such as:
- Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
- Manage the daily administration functions of the franchise as needed
Assist the Lead JCA in accounting data entry
Handle sub-contractor paperwork- W-9, Insurance Certificates
Is an integral part of a growing business
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
Problem solves and helps people find solutions

Skills REQUIRED of Team Member:

Clean criminal background check
Ability to pass a drug test
Must be Proficient in Microsoft 365 & Outlook
Must have reliable transportation to/from the office

Both Full Time and Part Time Positions Available!

Expected hours: 25-40 per week
Pay range $17-20/hr based on experience

Additional Skills that will be considered in determining starting pay:

Basic knowledge of general accounting or bookkeeping procedures
Basic knowledge of accounts receivable or accounts payable functions
Basic knowledge of payroll functions and procedures
Experience with Quickbooks (either online or desktop)
