Are you looking to leverage your expertise to grow a role that offers varied and challenging work? Our company, a leading parent organization that owns and operates 300+ franchise locations across North America, is seeking a Customer Relationship Management Software Trainer (CRM). 

In this role, you will act as technical support for the Paul Davis network in relation to the Luxor CRM. This individual will further develop and to provide training on the Paul Davis CRM software (Luxor) for the Franchise network of more than 330 local Paul Davis offices. The CRM position will be an integral part of the marketing team to support development of the software and execute on training franchise offices for utilization. This position will be made up of 50% technical support and 50% of continued training and education of the platform usage.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Support the technical and training needs of the Paul Davis franchise network, including but not limited to platform trouble shooting, refreshed training, and best practices for efficiency. 
  • Create, develop, and communicate a strategic path for CRM training to the franchise network of more than 330 local Paul Davis offices.
  • CRM system facilitation to include uploading and managing contacts and leads
  • Responsible for email marketing, customizing templates, mass, and target emails
  • Finding and customizing marketing collateral
  • Tracking and measuring Return On Investment from specific marketing programs
  • Utilizing reports to track and measure program success
  • Tracking, driving and increasing CRM adoption and # of active users
  • Creating training videos and materials and hosting live demos
  • Create and manage the Paul Davis Luxor Deployment Program
  • Continuously looking for ideas to improve the CRM platform
  • Collaborates and supports marketing, operations, business development, business technology, training and any other franchisor teams as needed
  • Establishing and communicating CRM best practices
  • Completes leadership development and personal development training courses
  • Prepare prep and participate in Weekly Goal Setting & Review sessions with team leader
  • Contributes to weekly and monthly team calls
  • Exemplifies the Paul Davis Vision, Mission, Values, Serving Basics and Brand Promise
  • Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis

Required Education and Experience 
 
  • Minimum of two years of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience
 Preferred Education and Experience
 
  • College and/or technical degree
Physical Requirement

The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance, stoop, or kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

  • Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 100% of the time 
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer
  • Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents 
  • Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone 
  • Occasionally will lift up to 10lbs
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle  
Work Environment  
The employee will be working remote over 50% of the time. A quiet environment with working internet is a must for virtual meetings.  The employee will be working remotely in their home office and will be exposed to normal conditions of air conditioning and heat.  Most work will be conduct over email, video conferencing, and telephone.  Employee must have access to a stable internet connection when working out of office.  Employee must use provided VPN technology to securely connect remotely. The successful person must be productive with minimal supervision.

Travel   
This position requires estimated travel of 2-3 times per quarter, including but not limited to All Teams Meeting, Paul Davis Annual Conferences, and Marketing Strategic Team Offsites.
