Position: Moving & Contents Supervisor
Reports to: Contents Manager
What does a Moving & Contents Supervisor with Paul Davis do?
- Manages operational aspects of Moving & Contents jobs as assigned by the Contents Manager
- Direct & supervise needed labor on job sites
- Ensures compliance with company standards for cost control, quality, safety and customer service standard
- Maintains our company culture and fosters an environment that promotes safety and drives exceptional customer service.
Team Qualifications (Requirements):
- 3+ Experience in moving and/or restoration industry
- Expirence leading a team
- Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
- Dedication to customer service
- Effective written and oral communication
- Ability to lead others from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work occasional nights, weekends and overtime as needed
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
