“Paul Davis Premier” is the largest Paul Davis franchise in New England and one of the largest restoration companies in the region by sales. We have 3 offices serving Boston Metro, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.  

Position Overview 
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of sales and marketing operations. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities, including data management, event coordination, collateral development, and project monitoring. The role reports directly to the Sales Manager and works closely with the marketing and sales teams.

Schedule
  • Flexible Full-Time schedule, In office.
  • Maybe required to work outside of work hours including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management Support
  • Conduct daily audits of CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the CRM system promptly.
  • Use GIS, ALN, ZoomInfo, etc to identify target commercial clients and add them to the CRM
  • Use LinkedIn and web search techniques to research commercial clients and provide deeper organizational insights
Sales Data Reporting
  • Compile and analyze weekly sales data.
  • Prepare concise and informative summaries for the sales team and leadership.
  • Present findings during regular sales meetings.
Sales Events and Activities Management
  • Create and maintain a detailed calendar of all sales events and activities.
  •  Organize informal events (i.e. happy hours or get togethers) for prospective clients in coordination with the sales reps.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including setup, teardown, and on-site support.
  • Attend events to oversee company activities and ensure smooth execution.
Collateral Development & Communication
  • Develop and update marketing materials, including success stories, event promotions, and summaries.
  • Manage timely communication with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align collateral with strategic goals.
  • Identify contacts, draft email campaigns and execute them. Coordinate with leadership and sales reps on who to target
Commercial Project Monitoring
  • Track the execution of sold commercial projects, providing regular updates to the sales team and leadership.
  • Identify and address issues impacting project progress.
  • Support weekly customer updates to maintain transparency and trust.
Administrative
  • Order business cards
  • Ordering of PD apparel
  • Press releases
  • Other tasks tangential to sales and marketing 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  •  Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to events and accommodate flexible schedules as needed.

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
