Job Title: Office Coordinator
Reports to:  General Manager
 
Paul Davis is looking for an Office Coordinator to serve as a vital support system for both our customers and the organization. As the first point of contact for our customers, the Office Coordinator must consistently demonstrate a positive, empathetic attitude and professional demeanor. This role plays a key part in advancing our mission of delivering exceptional residential and commercial emergency restoration services for disasters of all sizes. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, advanced computer skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initial Customer Contact: Engaging with customers and providing a positive first impression of our company.
  • Identifying potential job opportunities
  • Data Entry: Accurately inputting and managing information in our systems.
  • Committed to Excellent Customer Service: Demonstrating dedication to delivering exceptional service during our customers' time of need.
  • Internal Communications and Follow-Up: Effectively coordinating with team members and customers and follow-up on essential tasks.
  • Detail Oriented: Paying close attention to detail to maintain accurate records and communications.
  • Multi-Tasking Capabilities: Efficiently handling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Support to Team Throughout Divisions: Assisting various departments within the company as needed.
  • Shows Initiative: Being proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges.
  • Positive Attitude: Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
 
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Customer Service experience.
  • 2+ years of Comprehensive Computer skills, Microsoft office and outlook
  • 5+ year of Data Entry experience.
  • 1+ year of High-volume phone experience.
  • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9 am - 5 pm; Tuesday: 8 am - 5 pm

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
•        Full time, 40+-hour work week
