The position of a Coordinator consists of many responsibilities such as:

Field calls from customers and team members
Intake and enter new loss information into our system
Maintain compliance using internal office systems
Update and organize key data points
Communicate daily with customers, clients, and project managers
Work as a team to achieve exceptional customer service

The ideal Coordinator is:

Detail-oriented
Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel
Hardworking, reliable, organized
Able to learn quickly and work independently
Excellent at oral and written communication

Additional Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service and/or office administration preferred but not required
Clean background check
