What does a Job Cost Accountant with Paul Davis do?

Manages all phases of the job costing and data entry
Controls financial processes and oversees expenditures for accuracy.
reports and forecast on current financial trends of the business
Oversees business insurance, licensing for vendor and regulatory compliance.
Prepares checks and documentation for vendors and tradespeople.
Oversees and participates in the collection process.
Produces reports from Quickbooks as necessary for budgeting and forecasting
Maintains good customer relations to detect and resolve issues and concerns.

Skills Desired of Team Member:

Minimum of three years of Quickbooks experience.
Organized Multi tasking in a fast-paced environment
Is tech-savvy and able to learn new software systems
