Senior Insurance Restoration Estimator
Reports to: Construction Division Manager
Job Duties
· Supports overall marketing by building relationships with adjusters, property managers, and other direct referral sources.
· Prepares estimates to repair property damaged by fire, water, and storms.
· Works with insurance adjusters to agree upon the scope and price of the work.
· Obtains a signed work authorization from the property owner.
· Coordinates supplements and change orders with the adjuster and the Project Manager
· Deliver an approved estimate that is accurate and complete to the Project Manager, they can begin repairs immediately.
· Coordinates with Accounts Receivable and the Project Manager on payment.
Compensation & Benefits
· $80k base salary + commissions with target total compensation of $95-$120k, depending on sales, and profitability of the jobs estimated and completed

Requirements
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Five years of insurance estimating experience
· Experience with insurance industry property repair programs is a strong plus
· Highly Organized

· High aptitude in Microsoft office
· Driver’s license and clean record
· Must pass a criminal background check
Compensation: $80,000.00 per year
