We’re currently hiring a Field Services Technician with a focus on Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration, as well as Contents Handling, Furniture Moving, and Cleaning. Pay: 19 to 22hr DOE + full benefits

What We’re Looking For:

A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn an in-demand trade
A team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments
A compassionate, professional attitude—especially in helping people through tough times
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
The ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in challenging environments (don’t worry—we’ll supply full PPE)
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

What You’ll Be Doing:

Responding to emergency losses such as floods, fires, mold, vehicle impacts, and trauma scenes
Conducting inspections and documentation, and communicating with homeowners and insurance companies
Handling water extraction, demolition, structural drying, and property board-ups
Acting as the main on-site contact, providing reassurance and clear communication to clients
Participating in a 24-hour on-call rotation for emergency response
Operating company vehicles, equipment, and tools as needed

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
