-Support Project Managers and office staff
-Learn on the fly, fast paced growing company/various software
-Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft office
-Expense reporting, calendar management, travel arrangements
-Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders
-Compliance management <insurance and safety documents>
-Excellent customer skills/answering incoming calls/coordinate with vendors and customers
-Filing/organizing job charts
-Preparing letters and general documents
-Assist with business development and marketing
-Process incoming and outgoing mail, drop packages off as required
-Oversee general upkeep and cleanliness of the office environment
-Keep track of office supplies
Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per week
