Our Bremen, IN location is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Reconstruction Project Manager (RPM) to join our team and lead our reconstruction division.
Position Overview
The Reconstruction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of reconstruction projects only — this role does not manage mitigation or contents services. The RPM is responsible for managing residential and commercial rebuilds from initial estimate to project completion, ensuring high-quality results, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
This position requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to coordinate subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and clients while maintaining Paul Davis’s high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of reconstruction projects (no mitigation or contents).
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, trades, and vendors.
- Perform site inspections and monitor progress for quality control.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and internal staff throughout each project.
- Prepare, review, and approve estimates and change orders.
- Track job costs and maintain profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and accountability.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction/reconstruction project management.
- Strong knowledge of building processes, materials, and subcontractor coordination.
- Familiarity with Xactimate or similar estimating/project software (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) required for company vehicle.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug test.
- Valid driver’s license required.
