🎯 What You’ll Own
This role leans heavily into creative design while also supporting our digital growth strategy.
Creative & Brand Design
- Design digital and print materials (social graphics, flyers, brochures, signage, presentations)
- Develop branded assets for events, sponsorships, and community outreach
- Help evolve and protect brand consistency across multiple offices
- Create and edit photo and video content for campaigns and social platforms
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Write and publish content for website, blog, email, and social media
- Support website updates and SEO optimization initiatives
- Assist with keyword research and on-page improvements
- Track engagement, website performance, and campaign results
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with Business Development and leadership teams
- Support trade shows, community events, and promotional initiatives
- Manage multiple creative projects from concept through completion
🔎 What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Digital Marketing
- Strong design eye and creative instincts
- Experience with digital content, social media, and brand execution
- Working knowledge of SEO principles (or strong interest in learning more)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable taking initiative and owning projects independently
- Valid driver’s license with insurable motor vehicle record
