Project Manager 


The Project Manager is responsible for the sale, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources, mitigates risks, and communicates progress to stakeholders while ensuring project objectives align with organizational goals. 

Note: This position is to be included in the on-call after hours rotation.


Key Responsibilities
 


Project Planning & Initiation
 

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders 
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and work breakdown structures 
  • Identify required resources and establish timelines and milestones 
  • Prepare project documentation, including project charters and plans 

Project Execution & Delivery
 

  • Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure tasks are completed as planned 
  • Assign responsibilities and manage team performance and accountability 
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and timelines 
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates 

Monitoring & Control
 

  • Track project progress, costs, and resource utilization 
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues 
  • Implement corrective actions when project deviations occur 
  • Monitor changes in scope and manage change requests 

Stakeholder Communication
 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders 
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly and regularly 
  • Align stakeholder expectations with project objectives and constraints 

Budget & Resource Management
 

  • Manage project budgets and control expenditures 
  • Optimize resource allocation across project activities 
  • Ensure financial accountability and reporting 

Quality & Compliance
 

  • Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and requirements 
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulations 

Project Closure
 

  • Ensure all deliverables are completed and formally accepted 
  • Conduct project close-out activities and documentation 
  • Lead post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions 
  • Archive project documentation and report outcomes 
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
