About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Department Supervisor to join our Restoration team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple projects, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients experiencing property loss.
You will oversee client contents from initial loss through completion of cleaning and restoration, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork within the client content department
- Supervise and participate in pack-outs, content cleaning, pack backs, and laundry restoration.
- Connect with vendors at every step of the content restoration process.
- Create and maintain systems to itemize and track client content.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Deliver thorough, proactive & direct communication with internal staff and customers.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude
- Dedication to customer service
- Ability to lead others from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good communication skills
- IICRC Training & Designations a plus (Fire, Water, Odor, Upholstery Restoration), but training is available.
- Ability to adapt to change
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Have the ability to work occasional nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
- Desire to continually learn new things
