The Media Manager plays a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated media campaigns across traditional and digital channels. This position supports franchisee and Paul Davis Restoration Inc. objectives by developing full-funnel media strategies, managing campaign execution, and analyzing performance to drive measurable results. The Media Manager must demonstrate strong analytical skills, knowledge of the evolving media landscape, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and platform partners.
 
Position: Media Manager
Reports to: Sr. Director of Integrated Media & CRM 
Location:  Remote with some travel
Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

    Media Planning & Execution
  • Develop and execute integrated local media plans across paid channels—including broadcast, streaming, digital video, CTV/OTT, social, audio, display, and out-of-home—to support franchisee and company goals. 
  • Ensure media campaigns adhere to established budgets, timelines, and quality standards, delivering consistent and compelling brand messaging.
  • Manage full-funnel campaign planning, activation, optimization, pacing, and reporting.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to drive performance improvements and measurable business outcomes.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.
  • All other duties as assigned
   Partnership & Collaboration
  • Manage agency partnerships and platform relationships to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and access to advanced tools and beta opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—brand, creative, analytics, and strategy—to design and execute holistic media strategies.
  • Prepare and present media recommendations and performance insights to franchisees and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing across the department and support media training initiatives.
   Operational Excellence
  • Track and reconcile media budgets monthly to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Produce monthly campaign reporting with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Follow and reinforce internal processes, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and tools.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Competency – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Computer literacy with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Adobe, Zoom, Teams, etc.) 
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
  • Solid understanding of the media landscape and how paid, owned, and earned channels work together.
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms, DSPs, ad servers, and video buying tools.
  • Adept in measurement systems and marketing performance analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build trust across teams and franchisee partners.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset while staying current with industry trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; strong listening, flexibility, and relationship-building skills across diverse backgrounds
  • Applied knowledge of MS Office tools, reporting systems, and job management platforms, strong business technology skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner with ability to apply knowledge effectively; comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Required Education and Experience 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, data analysis, or a related role
Physical Requirement
The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, or kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

  • Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 100% of the time 
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Needs to comfortably be on a video set with lights, sound, and other production needs
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents 
  • Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone 
  • Occasionally will lift up to 10lbs
  • Ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle  
  • Must be able to communicate and converse with franchisees over the phone and face-to-face
Work Environment  
The employee will be working remotely in their home office and will be exposed to normal conditions of air conditioning and heat. Most work will be conducted over email, video conferencing, and telephone. The employee must have access to a stable internet connection when working out of the office.  The employee must use the provided VPN technology to securely connect remotely. The successful person must be productive with minimal supervision.
 
Travel   
This position may require up to 10% travel.  This position will be required to travel to franchise locations, conferences, trainings, and team meetings, and may be exposed to outdoor temperatures during travel.
