Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Restoration Estimator to help homeowners and businesses rebuild after fire, water, and storm damage. In this role, you will prepare repair estimates, and work with insurance adjusters and our production team to restore properties to pre-loss condition.

What You'll Do
- Analyze matterport scans of residential and commercial properties after fire, water, or storm damage
- Prepare estimates using estimating software (Xactimate)
- Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
- Work with Project Managers to develp the scope of work for mitigation, contents and reconstruction projects
- Document change orders and supplements as needed
- Participate in an on-call rotation for new losses
- Build relationships with insurance professionals and local partners

Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build trust with clients and insurance partners
- Comfortable using technology and estimating software
- Experience with Xactimate or construction estimating
Preferred (but not required):
- Restoration or construction industry experience
- IICRC certification
