Reports To: Owner
Restoration Estimators work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a RE, you will build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners the expectations to build the structure back to its original form.

Role on the Team (Job Functions):
- Write detailed restoration estimates using Xactimate and Symbility
- Prepare estimates for both restoration projects and remodeling projects
- Clearly communicate expectations with project manager and adjuster, onsite as needed
- Perform on-site inspections to develop an accurate scope of work
- Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding pricing, scope, and revisions
- Document with photos, measurements, and detailed notes to support estimates
- Ensure estimates comply with insurance carrier guidelines and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience writing estimates for restoration projects (resulting from fire and water damage) and remodeling projects
- Strong proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility is a must
- Experience working with insurance carriers and adjusters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and work independently
- Highly organized and professional
