Are you looking for a hands-on role where your work truly makes a difference? At Paul Davis Restoration, our Mitigation Technicians are the first on scene after property damage, helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm events.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to property damage emergencies (water, fire, mold, storm)
- Perform water extraction, demolition, and drying services
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Document jobs with photos, notes, and updates
- Communicate with customers and team members throughout the project
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, moving equipment)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to respond to emergency situations as needed
