What You’ll Do
- Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation jobs
- Set and monitor professional drying equipment
- Demo damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.)
- Tarp roofs and secure properties after storms or fires
- Document jobs using photos and mobile apps
- Communicate clearly with customers during stressful situations
- Help train and develop other technicians
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic—no babysitting required
- Construction, trades, military, or physical labor background preferred
- Leadership mindset (or ready to step into it)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Able to lift 75 lbs and handle physical work daily
- Willing to be on-call when emergencies hit
Experience & Training
- No restoration experience required—we train the right people
- If you’ve worked in construction, trades, military, or physical labor, you’ll pick this up fast
- We provide paid training and cover industry certifications as you grow
