As a Office Coordinator you will be involved in managing our customer's experience from first contact, through the entire project. Selling your winning personality over the phone, customer service, documentation, system management, scheduling, data integrity and strong computer skills are mandatory to succeed at this position.
The ideal candidate for this position will be an individual who is driven by providing stellar customer service, has a keen eye for detail, doesn't mind the annoyance of following company processes, and has a strong willingness to learn and succeed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Fields calls from customers, clients and team members
- Represents the company with honesty and integrity
- Works inside multiple computer systems, incuding iOS and desktop applications
- Oversees office administrative operations
- Problem solves and helps csutomer and team members find solutions
- Acts are the customers advocate in the office

Flexible Schedule
Our office is open from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. We are committed to finding the right candidiate, and are flexible in finding a regular schedule that works for both of us, but may not match our typical operating hours.
Physical Requirements
The physical aspects of this position include standing, walking and physically working for short periods of time. Work activities will require body movements consistent with a clerical office assistant type position. Such activities include (but are not limited to) sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling, extending, bending, flexing and turning.
You should consider yourself to be physically healthy, and at minimum be able to meet the following requirements
- Able to lift 50 pounds, infrequently.
- Full use of your senses of sight & hearing, as well as faculty of speech
