Lead People. Drive Results. Make an Impact.
Great restoration doesn't happen by accident, it happens because great leaders build great teams.
As the Mitigation & Contents Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our growing Appleton Mitigation & Contents team, developing people, improving performance, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience during one of the most stressful times in their lives.
This role is perfect for someone who already has restoration leadership experience or an experienced operations manager, construction manager, field service leader, or production manager looking for a new challenge where every day is different and your leadership truly matters.
You'll join the largest Paul Davis franchise in the country, a company committed to investing in its people, embracing technology, and building leaders from within.
Why This Opportunity?
This isn't just another management position.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Lead and grow an established Mitigation & Contents team

- Coach Project Managers and field leaders to reach their full potential
- Help shape the future of our Appleton operation as it continues to grow
- Work for an organization that values continuous improvement and leadership development
- Make decisions that directly impact customers, employees, and business performance
If you're looking for more influence, more ownership, and the opportunity to build something great, we'd love to talk with you.
