About the Role:
Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of Southern California is looking for a skilled Drywall / Painter to join our growing team in Buena Park, CA. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a vital part in restoring and transforming homes and businesses for customers when they need it most. Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and finish drywall in residential and commercial restoration and remodeling projects
- Apply tape, mud, and texture to achieve smooth, professional finishes
- Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding, patching, priming, and caulking
- Apply interior and exterior paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Match existing textures and paint colors to ensure seamless repairs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
- Communicate professionally with project managers and customers on-site
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in drywall installation, finishing, and/or painting
- Proficiency in texture matching, skim coating, and drywall repair techniques
- Experience with both interior and exterior painting applications
- Ability to operate and maintain spray equipment, sanders, and related tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
