Reports To: Mitigation Manager
About the Role
As a Mitigation Technician, you will help people recover after property damage from events such as floods, fires, and other disasters. You’ll work hard, take pride in your work, and provide caring, professional service when people need it most.
What You’ll Do
- Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation.
- Follow industry standards and safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Be available by phone and participate in the on-call schedule when needed.
- Help with warehouse and facility tasks as needed.
- Support other team members and step up when leadership is needed.

Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime when needed

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
