Reports To: Mitigation Manager
Hourly pay: $15.00 to $18.00/hour based on experience and certifications

Team Qualifications (Requirements):
- Dedication to customer service
- Clean criminal background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
- Desire to continually learn new thing
- Must speak/write English
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
- Performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
- Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
